Born and raised in Israel and New York, R’ Yosef Basha is a graduate of Yeshivat Or HaChaim and the prestigious Mir Yeshiva in Jerusalem. He received rabbinic ordination from Kollel Ahava V’Achva in Brooklyn and in Israel, and currently serves as mashgiach, chazan, and Torah reader at Congregation Magen David in Surfside, Florida. In 2024, he joined Kosher Your Kitchen, where he kasheres kitchens, toivels kelim, checks mezuzahs, and helps make more kosher events possible.
