R’ Emilio Cohen

Born in Mexico City, Emilio Cohen grew up in Miami Beach and lived in Israel for twelve years.

Since returning to Miami in 2019, he has served as a mashgiach under Kosher Miami and in his own capacity koshered private kitchens.

Considering our spiritual being is built on our intake of kosher food, making sure everything is kosher in the kitchen is a passion of Emilio’s.

Having supervised over 20 operations and koshered over 100 kitchens, Emilio is committed to ensuring the community has access to a kosher kitchen & kosher food of the highest standard.
