Born in Manhattan, R' Roey Tal grew up in both Miami Beach & Bnei Brak.
He then moved to Yerushalayim and graduated from the prestigious Yeshiva Knesses Yisroel - “Chevron Yeshiva”.
Since returning to Miami in 2020, Roey has koshered dozens of kitchens learns in Kollel, and is also Head of Vaad Hatzedakah, a division of Agudath Israel of

In his spare time, R' Roey manages his non-profit "Tal Livracha"(TalLivracha.com), which supports a all year Shabbos Kollel & unique Kollel programs where Talmidei Chachamim learn Torah at auspicious times.

R' David Asayag graduated from the prestigious Yeshiva 'Mir Brachfeld'.
He then presued further learning in 'Kollel Lomzha' Petach Tikva.
In 2023, he moved with his family to serve as a Rabbi of a Shul in Mapleridge Hollywood.
R' David has extensive experience in Kashering and has joined our team ever since moving here.
